Indiana police responded to a call at a family home where witnesses said they smelled gasoline coming from their basement. The family had to briefly evacuate the home while police located the man in a cubby hole behind shelves with three containers of gasoline, two of them were empty. The homeowner had a protective order against the 44-year-old intruder. Firefighters came to the scene to ventilate the house. The man has been charged with disorderly conduct, driving while intoxicated, trespassing and receiving stolen property.

They boy was pronounced dead after he was found on the second floor ledge. The teen had been sitting on the 10th floor ledge dangling his feet over when his hand slipped and he fell from his perch. In Illinois, a man was found dead in a ditch near a strip mall parking lot. The 43-year-old's body showed no signs of trauma and police found numerous cans of duster surrounding him in the ditch. The cause of death is still pending, but they suspect it was an overdose. According to the man's family, he was on his way to recovery and beating his addiction. A family friend talked to him a month before his death and claimed that he was doing great. They are not sure what lead to his probable relapse.
