Pennsylvania Woman Huffs Outside of Five Below

Lancaster, PA - A 29-year-old woman was found unconscious outside of a Five Below surrounded by many air duster cans. The police were called and when she became conscious she tried inhaling from one of the cans again. The woman was charged with drunkenness and illegal use of inhalants.

Pennsylvania Man Arrested Twice in a Day for Huffing

Scranton, PA - A man was arrested twice in a day for huffing. The first time police found him unconscious in the grass outside of a local Sam's Club holding a can of air duster. When he woke up police asked him why he was in the grass and he responded "because I'm high." He was then arrested and released later that day, only to go to and purchase more air duster and roll in grass in a different location. Police then arrested him again.

Woman Huffs Duster Before Causing Fatal Car Crash

A Pennsylvania woman caused a fatal crash after huffing an aerosol can. The woman veered into oncoming traffic and crashed into a 58-year-old woman who was pronounced dead at the scene. Five cans of duster were found in her vehicle. The woman, who is originally from Lebanon, tested positive for difluoroethane--a chemical found in duster. She was charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and homicide by vehicle.

Man Admits to Drug Problem While Being Arrested

A man admitted to having a drug problem to police after being arrested for huffing canned air. He was charged with inhaling toxic-releasing substances. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to six months probation with random drug testing. After violating probation, he was ordered to attend inpatient drug rehabilitation.

Pennsylvania Woman Drives Into Subway High on Duster

 "Police are investigating after a woman crashed her truck into a sign and later admitted she had been 'huffing' prior to the crash.
North Huntingdon Township police were sent to the scene at a Subway restaurant on Route 30 shortly before 4 p.m. According to police, a 23-year-old woman struck the sign outside the restaurant with her pickup truck, and the truck became fully engulfed in flames. The woman and her 5-year-old son were helped out of their vehicle by an eyewitness. The woman sustained minor injuries, and the child was unharmed.
The eyewitness told police that the woman threw something into a nearby dumpster after escaping the flaming truck. In the dumpster, police found a can of compressed gas. The woman later admitted that she had been 'huffing' the computer duster prior to the crash."

Pennsylvania Police Chief Caught Huffing

The 41-year-old Mahong Township Police Chief faces court on December 22, postponed from December 3, 2015. The officer was caught huffing from a can of compressed air while on duty back in May of 2015. According to the reports, his eyes fluttered and he was unresponsive, leading other officers to believe he was having a seizure. The officer has been in the police force for 18 years, and with the Mahong Township Police for 5 years.

The officer is on administrative leave without pay, and faces two counts each of sale or illegal use of certain solvents and noxious substances

Pennsylvania Man Charged with Huffing in Public Restroom

"On Monday, officers found Harold Mirabito Jr., 31, of Enola, on the floor of the bathroom at the Subway restaurant along the 400 block of North Enola Road, police said.
Mirabito was 'unresponsive with an aerosol container in his hand and another empty one on the floor. Police found him to be inhaling the container to get high,' according to a news release from the police.
Mirabito has been charged with illegal use of solvents and noxious substances, police said."

 A 29 year old man from Lancaster, Pennsylvania was charged with theft and illegal use of certain solvents and noxious substances on October 12th, 2015. This occurred after he overdosed as a result of huffing compressed air spray. Furthermore, local officials claim that the man reported stealing two cans of air spray.

Pennsylvania Woman Caught Huffing Under Clothing Rack


According to local police, a woman in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania stole a can of compressed air from a store and huffed it both while hiding underneath a clothing rack and in the parking lot. Reportedly her actions were caught on the store’s surveillance cameras during the September 8th incident.

She was quickly arrested and was taken to Lancaster County Prison. From there she was charged with retail theft and illegal use of a noxious substances and was held on $10,000 bail.

Pennsylvania Man Arrested for Huffing

A 29-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested for huffing.  The man was found unconscious in a Walmart parking lot with a can of duster he stole from the care.  The man was arrested for retail theft, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

The man was arrested a year prior to this on a similar incident relating to huffing.
