Vero Beach, FL - A 36-year-old man was found dead in his car after police responded to reports of a man unconscious in his car. Employees of the near by store checked on him throughout the day and decided to call 911 but he was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy is still needed to determine the exact cause of death police believe it was an overdose due to huffing. Police found aerosol cans in his car and in 2015 the man was arrested for inhaling a chemical substance.

A Pennsylvania woman caused a fatal crash after huffing an aerosol can. The woman veered into oncoming traffic and crashed into a 58-year-old woman who was pronounced dead at the scene. Five cans of duster were found in her vehicle. The woman, who is originally from Lebanon, tested positive for difluoroethane--a chemical found in duster. A 34-year-old man died after huffing. Police and paramedics arrived at his home early that morning. Police saw him huffing from an aerosol can, the man became combative when police took the can away. Two tasers were reportedly required to subdue and handcuff him. He was taken by police to the emergency room but was pronounced dead shortly after. An autopsy report will be available within a few weeks. The man had a long history of drug abuse.

Police in Lebanon, Missouri were called when neighbors heard a woman screaming in her house. When police got there the woman was still screaming and had a can of air duster in her hand. One student who had fainted was expected to be ok, but was taken to the hospital along with another student for precautionary reasons. Maine Fatal Fire Likely Caused By Inhalants
The Maine State Fire Marshal's Office revealed that the car fire that proved fatal to a 34-year-old man was likely caused when fumes from an aerosol can were sparked by a cigarette. The man suffered severe facial and manual burns, but managed to walk to neighbor's house to call for help. From there, he was taken to Maine General Medical Center and then to Maine Medical Center, where he died.
Investigators said that the man was "huffing" from an aerosol can, and found several empty aerosol cans inside the car. They also state that the man was a smoker, and the two factors combined to cause the fatal fire.

Officers responded to a call of a head on collision. The man driving was incoherent. Once coherent, he denied taking medications or drinking alcohol and he consented to a search of his car, "with the caveat that officers might find aerosol cans because he was 'huffing' the night before."
Officers found a partially empty aerosol can that had condensation and was cold to touch, meaning it had recently been used. In a statement to officers, the man said he took six to seven hits from the can while driving to work. The woman in the car he hit was taken to the hospital for back injuries.
