In Ephrata, Pennsylvania, a man has been arrested after police found him passed out in the lobby of a district office while in the company of his 4-year-old son. The 23-year-old man overdosed on an aerosol can and has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unspecified charges of abuse of noxious gas.

Pennsylvania Driver Abuses Inhalants with Children in Backseat
Via the Easton Patch in Pennsylvania:
A 32 year old woman has been charged
with “with endangering the welfare of children, DUI, and illegal use of certain
solvents and noxious substances” after huffing computer duster in her car and
passing out. Police found the woman in
the driver’s seat holding the can while a 2-year-old girl and 1-year-old boy
were in the backseat.
