Wisconsin Man Arrested for Huffing in Shopping Center Restroom

A man was charged with a misdemeanor count of intentionally abusing a hazadous substance, obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. The man huffed aerosol duster in a shopping center bathroom before falling unconscious. He was found by officers who knocked the door when he refused to come out. The man denied he was huffing.

Woman Crashes Into Car After Huffing

A Florida woman was arrested for being under the influence of inhalants while driving. Police found three cans of duster cleaner in the vehicle afters she ran over a bush and crashed into another car. The previous week, police found the woman passed out in her car with a can of computer duster in her hand.

Florida Man Arrested Second Time in a Year for Huffing

A Florida man was arrested after a police officer witnessed him huffing duster in public. The 33-year-old man was huffing at a bus stop and attempted to hide the aerosol can when the officer drew close. He appeared intoxicated. The man was arrested for inhaling harmful chemicals as well as grand theft from an active warrant. This is his second arrest for huffing.

Officers Respond to Two People In a Night for Huffing

Officers responded to a woman screaming for help, When they arrived at the scene, the woman was disoriented, lost, and huffing computer duster. After a medical examination, the woman was arrested.

The same night, officers found a man passed out from huffing after receiving a call. Police found three canisters of computer duster with him. A warrant for his arrest is pending.

Police reported that a man was drunk and high from huffing computer duster and crashed twice into guardrails. Police believe the man was unconscious while operating the vehicle, and was found passed out with alcohol and ten canisters of duster in his car. He was taken to a medical center after being arrested.

He was previously arrested in July for theft and huffing. He has been charged with operation of a vehicle while intoxicated and abuse of toxic vapors.

Ohio Woman Arrested for Huffing Spray Paint

Police arrested an Ohio woman for abuse of harmful intoxicants.  The police responded to a report of someone, "huffing paint and causing a disturbance".  Once on the scene, officers said the woman, "had slurred speech, bloodshot eyes and was unsteady on her feet."  They also found a trash bag with gold paint in it and a can of gold spray paint inside the woman's jacket pocket.

A 34-year-old woman from Solon, Ohio was arrested on Wednesday, August 7th after police found her huffing keyboard cleaner outside a shopping center.

The woman admitted she was abusing the duster, and was charged for abusing harmful intoxicants and a fifth-degree felony.

New York Man Charged with Two Counts of Inhalation of Toxic Fumes

This past Tuesday, a Lowville man was found unresponsive in his home after huffing electronic dusters. When police and medical personnel arrived, the man admitted to abusing inhalants and was charged with inhalation of toxic fumes, a public health code violation, and was issued an appearance ticket.

An hour after officials left, there was a second call to the same residence where the man was again found unresponsive in his vehicle. He was charged with a second count of inhalation of toxic fumes. He was taken to a nearby military compound.

Iowa Man Arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Inhalants

This past week, a Coralville man was arrested for driving under the influence of inhalants. The man reportedly drove on several highways going southbound before police were able to stop and arrest him.

The driver has been charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and an aggravated driving misdemeanor.

Pennsylvania Woman Huffs on Way From Court to Probation Office

A 46 year old woman was arrested after she was caught huffing computer duster.  She had been in court that morning for a huffing incident back on March 4. The case was continued and the woman was ordered “on immediate pretrial supervision.” 

Her daughter drove her to the probation office and told one the deputies her mother had been huffing on the ride from the courthouse. When the deputy approached the car he saw “four canisters of dust remover on the front passenger seat floor.” He then saw the woman “grab one of the canisters and begin huffing it.” The woman was arrested on charges of inhaling toxic releasing substances and simple assault.
