Police responded to concerns regarding a 21 year old man who
was passed out in the street. By the time officers responded the man had
regained consciousness and was walking down the street carrying an aerosol can.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment and charged with abusing harmful
intoxicants, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
