Police responded to a report of a man passed out in a grassy
area of a parking lot and found a 37 year old with a can of computer duster in
his right hand. As officers made contact, the man awoke and began to inhale
from the can. He was put into handcuffs
and officers found three empty cans of the product nearby. He was medically evaluated and taken to jail.
