Last week police responded to a report of three men “huffing from a can and shouting in the street.” When they arrived they found a 20 year old man in possession of a 12 ounce can of computer dusting spray. The police report notes his nose was red and inflamed. When they searched the man they found items later confirmed as stolen from Wal-Mart. The man was charged with “possessing stolen property, possessing a solvent to release toxic vapors, inhaling toxic releasing substances and public drunkenness.”

Teen Huffs and Crashes Car into Collision Repair Shop

A 19 year old who crashed his car into a collision repair shop may have been huffing duster and drinking before the accident.
He drove his car into the front door of the shop and took out bricks as well as the door. It is estimated that he caused $6,000 worth of damage to the building.
The driver faces charges of: inhaling toxic vapors, consuming a malt beverage while driving, having the beverage in the vehicle while driving (open container), possessing toxic vapors, and driving while intoxicated
