A 27-year-old man driving 100 miles per hour killed a war veteran in a head-on collision on Monday.
According to the patrol's written report of the crash, troopers found a can of computer duster between the man's leg and his car's center console. The receipt showed the man had bought it just minutes earlier at the nearby Walmart, near the entrance to the highway where the crash occurred. The man has been charged with driving without a license, aggravated vehicle homicide charges and two counts of aggravated vehicular assault.
