A 28 year-old, Chillicothe, Ohio man is being charged after he crashed his car into a tree. A nearby homeowner heard the sounds of the accident and ran to the car to find the driver leaned over into the passenger seat. A responding EMT told police that he saw the driver inhaling from a duster can and another can was found inside the car. The driver admitted to inhaling the compressed air in the parking lot of a nearby store. The man was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, failure to control, as well as first-degree misdemeanor charges of abusing harmful intoxicants and using weapons while intoxicated.
