Texas Man Arrested for Huffing Dusters

From Reporter News in Texas:

Police responded to a call regarding a suspicious person. Upon responding they found a 32 year old man who had been huffing computer keyboard cleaner. He was arrested for “possession of Volatile Inhalant Chemicals."
