A 29 year old man from Westminster, South Carolina was arrested for huffing paint and loitering last Sunday. Police say that the man was found with gold paint on his face and hands. He was also unstable on his feet, and denied huffing paint.
The man could not produce neither his name nor his birthdate. According to the report, this was the man's second arrest for the same time in the past month.
