Pennsylvania Woman Faces Child Endangerment and Inhaling Toxic Substances Charges in Huffing Related Incident


A 22-year-old Pennsylvania mother is facing felony child endangerment charges and a misdemeanor count of smelling/inhaling toxic substances.

Police responded to a compliant that the woman was possibly intoxicated on solvent.  When officers arrived, the woman was described at "completely incapacitated".  Police say the mother was inhaling a can of computer duster while giving her 3-year-old son a bath.
