Lawmakers Attempt to Legalize Huffing is Rejected

A bill to legalize huffing was reviewed and rejected by the House Health, Human Services and Elderly Affairs Committee. Lawmakers who co-sponsored the bill claimed that a huffing violation is the equivalent of a traffic ticket; therefore, it does nothing.

Woman Found Dead Possibly Due to Huffing

Denver, CO: A woman was found unconscious by her father in their home. Medical staff attempted to revive the woman for forty-five minutes to no avail. A can of aerosol was found near her body. Investigators are now looking into whether the can has anything to do with her death.

Trial Starts for Woman Accused of Fatal Car Crash

Bowling Green, OH: A woman has began trial for a fatal 2016 car crash. A case of beer, a bag of marijuana and a can of duster were found inside the vehicle. She is facing seven counts including two counts of involuntary manslaughter, one count of reckless homicide, one count of aggravated vehicular homicide, one count of possession of cocaine, one count of driving under a financial responsibility law suspension or cancellation and one count of operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance.

Woman Arrested Twice within 24 Hours for Huffing

Marathon Flordia: A woman was arrested after being found disoriented and with four cans of duster. She was charged with inhaling harmful chemicals and shortly thereafter was released from jail. Two hours later, she was arrested again after being found inhaling in a gas station. She was handed another charge for inhaling harmful chemicals.

Man Charged Three Days in a Row for Huffing
