An 18 year old man crashed his car into a telephone pole after
huffing computer duster. Last Wednesday evening, a deputy arrived at his
home to investigate a vehicle leaving the scene of an accident. The man's mom
told him that her son had arrived home "high" on inhalants and the
man tested poorly on field sobriety tests. He admitted to huffing the computer
duster before leaving his residence and was charged with DUI, failure to
maintain proper control, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage,
no insurance, and seatbelt violation.
