Via the Traverse City Record-Eagle in Michigan:
A 22 year old woman was arrested, her third offense of operating under the influence of drugs after she was found unresponsive in her car. Deputies noticed the car parked on the shoulder of the road with its lights on and windows fogged. They noticed a strong smell of hairspray inside the car and found eight cans inside, half of which were empty. Police also found a receipt showing the woman had bought the products just an hour and 20 minutes prior.
She failed sobriety tests and was arrested for "operating under the influence
of drugs, operating with a suspended driver's license and prohibited use
of chemical agents."
