A 37 year old man who had been released from jail on an
inhalant abuse related offense was arrested that same afternoon on a similar
charge.
He was found passed out in front a vacant store with two
empty cans and one partially empty can of computer dusting spray around him. He was arrested and taken to jail. Records
show he was released from jail at 8:27 am and re-booked at 5:15 pm.
