A 40-year-old woman was found in her car, slumped over the steering wheel and
huffing from an aerosol can of industrial duster. A
concerned citizen tried to remove the woman and stop her from huffing from the
can. Police arrived on the
scene and took the woman into custody, charging her with driving under the
influence of drugs (DUI – Drugs). The same woman was arrested and charged with
another DUI – Drugs the next evening.
