Woman Resists Arrest after Huffing

Via the Tucson Citizen in Arizona:

A 24-year-old Arizona woman was arrested after she passed out in her car after huffing.

Police found the woman with her car still running and an aerosol can in her lap. An officer turned off the car and had some difficulty waking the young woman. When she finally came to, the young woman tried to inhale from the aerosol can, but the officer confiscated it. Police also found a pipe commonly used to smoke methamphetamine in the woman’s purse.

According to a passenger who was in the car, the young woman had been huffing for several miles despite being asked to stop. She finally blew out her tire after running into a curb.

Police arrested the woman and placed her in the back of a patrol car. According to the police report, the young woman “became enraged and tried to kick out the rear passenger door window.” The woman remained uncooperative when she arrived at the jail and was placed in an isolation cell.

The woman’s charges include driving with a suspended license, toxic vapors, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
