A 19-year-old man was arrested last week in Leesville, LA when he was found huffing from aerosol cans.
Police officers had received complaints that a wooded area had been littered with aerosol cans. When an officer investigated, he witnessed the 19-year-old inhale from an electronic duster can. The man was arrested for abuse of toxic vapors, but he was released on bond.
