A Miami man was arrested after violating the restraining order that the Miami City Police Commissioner has against him.
The man, whom one reporter calls “the self-appointed nemesis” of the commissioner, has been known to huff propane and then tear down the commissioner’s re-election signs
The man admits to huffing, saying, “I inhale propane gas to get high, but I am not the least bit nutty.”
The man’s bond was set at $5,000, but he stayed in jail over the weekend because of a preexisting misdemeanor charge.
