A 27 year old man was arrested after his father caught him abusing
inhalants, the third time in one week. He
was booked into prison and charged with abuse of toxic vapors/huffing.
Earlier that same day he was found passed out in a Walgreen’s
parking lot and a few days prior he was found passed out on a public road. In
both cases he had been abusing inhalants.
