From WYFF in South Carolina:
This past Sunday, a deputy noticed a man stagger out of the woods near an Interstate overpass. As the deputy got closer he realized the man was “unstable on his feet and had slurred speech.” In addition, he had silver paint all over his mouth and nose.
The man admitted he had been huffing and was arrested on a charge of public disorderly conduct and booked into the local detention center.
