Police are investigating an inhalant related incident that occurred last Wednesday. An individual’s car was allegedly rear-ended and the car immediately sped off after impact. The victim pursued the other car and contacted police.
Officers contacted the vehicle’s registered owner who allowed officers to enter the garage. There they found a 21 year old man slumped over in the driver’s seat. When police approached the man began to huff from a can of computer duster in his hand.
The 21 year old was arrested on suspicion of “inhaling volatile chemicals, driving under suspension and duty upon striking a fixture.”
