Huffing on a Bus

A man in Lancaster, PA was arrested on Wednesday after huffing on a public bus and resisting arrest. One of the other passengers alerted a nearby police officer that a man was on the bus using inhalants. The police officer approached the man, who ran away towards a local Save-Mart. The officer caught up to him and with the help of an onlooker, took the man into custody. The charges include escape, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and illegal use of noxious substances.
