A 25 year old man has been charged with possession of toxic
inhalants after an incident last Saturday afternoon.
Police responded to a report of a driver passed out behind the wheel while at a stoplight. Another driver reported an intoxicated driver in a car matching the same description. Police found the car at a nearby gas station and the driver had computer cleaner wrapped in a t-shirt. He had been huffing the product to get high and was arrested.
