A 20-year old Pennsylvania man was charged in a April 4th car crash. The man is suspected of huffing "industrial strength aerosol duster" before crashing his car into a tree.
The man is charged with, "one count of driving under the influence, one count of careless driving and one count of not wearing his seat belt."
