Illinois Driver Found Guilty of Abusing Inhalants and Causing Fatal Crash

 Via WQAD in Illinois:

Yesterday, a 20 year old man was found guilty of two felonies (aggravated driving under the influence and reckless homicide) stemming from a November 29, 1011 fatal car crash. He had blacked out while driving and three of his passengers (ages 15, 16 and 18) were killed.

The man’s legal team argued he had a seizure which caused the accident. However the prosecutors showed and he acknowledged he had bought a can of computer duster before the crash.
