Via the Charlotte Observer in North Carolina:
A 50 year old woman has been arrested for “unlawful use of
hydrocarbons” just two days after being charged with the same offense.
Police were called for a report of a woman huffing computer
outside a retail store. They found the woman unresponsive in the driver seat with
the car running and a can of computer duster in her lap. The report also notes
she had urinated on herself. She refused to leave the vehicle, continuing to huff
the computer duster and was arrested for “unlawful use of hydrocarbons and
public disorderly intoxication.”
