Man Caught Huffing…. Again

A 44 year old West Virginia man was arrested charges of huffing paint.
This was the 7th time since 1998 that he has been arrested on the same charges.
He was found with silver paint on his face and was charged with inhaling intoxicants.

Psychologist David Blum of Northwood Health System is quoted in the article, “addiction to inhalants is actually considered by many to be stronger than addiction to heroin and other drugs.”
He continues, “gold or silver spray paints have a higher concentration of toluene” which can cause “permanent damage and “sudden sniffing death.”
