On the morning of Monday August 31st, 2015,
police found a 30 year old man hiding behind a dumpster and inhaling the
contents of several stolen aerosol cans. Upon seeing this, the police claim
that the man, who was on parole for a previous burglary case at the time, was a
threat to both himself and others.
As a result, the California man was arrested on suspicion of
being under the influence and shoplifting. This represents the second time he
was brought in for this issue. In 2011, he was arrested for getting high off of
paint thinner in Shasta County, California.
