A 22 year old man was found dead in a hotel room in
February 2013. His death was ruled attributable to inhalant abuse. During the investigation police discovered
another 22 year old man had been in the room and had tried to conceal evidence
of what had happened. He has been charged with tampering with physical
evidence, a class E felony.
