Via the Norwalk Connector in Connecticut:
A 29 year old woman who was found passed out in a bathtub
after abusing inhalants in November has been granted intervention in lieu of
conviction. She was found in the
aforementioned state within two hours of being released from jail. If she successfully
completes substance abuse treatment she will not have a conviction on her
record.
