New York Man Charged with Two Counts of Inhalation of Toxic Fumes

Via Watertown Daily Times in New York:

This past Tuesday, a Lowville man was found unresponsive in his home after huffing electronic dusters. When police and medical personnel arrived, the man admitted to abusing inhalants and was charged with inhalation of toxic fumes, a public health code violation, and was issued an appearance ticket.

An hour after officials left, there was a second call to the same residence where the man was again found unresponsive in his vehicle. He was charged with a second count of inhalation of toxic fumes. He was taken to a nearby military compound.
