Via Missoulian in Montana:
A 27-year-old Missoula man was recently ordered a $10,000 bail on
Thursday after being arrested for alleged huffing and driving
erratically on Highway 10 West.
Witnesses told police that the driver almost hit a bicyclist and a
pedestrian before it rolled over. The driver was found in a confused and
dazed state, and denied any use of a spray can. However, when searching
the vehicle police found a hidden can of duster in the back seat.
The driver was charged with one felony count of criminal endangerment.
