From the District 2 Police blotter on July 22nd:
On the evening of July 22nd, police were called to a residence for a family disturbance. Upon arrival, family members complained that a 42 year old female had been huffing. She was “placed in custody, transported to the Criminal Justice Complex, and was charged with one count of Possession and Use of an Inhalant.”
