A 30 year old man was charged twice in one day with huffing.
On Friday afternoon around 1 pm police responded to a call for a sick male in a
park and found the man huffing from a container. He was charged with inhaling
toxic chemicals and littering and released. Around 3 pm the same day police responded to a
liquor store for a report of a man huffing and it was the same man. He was
again charged with inhaling toxic chemicals and littering and released. He was also transported to the medical center
for evaluation.

Missouri Man Found Huffing in Parking Lot
Via the Mehlville-Oakville Patch in Missouri:
Police found a man sitting in a parked car huffing computer duster. The man would not unlock his doors or cooperate with police. Officers broke his window and took the man into custody. He was charged with illegal use of inhalants and later taken to the hospital.

Oregon Park Becomes Less Family-Friendly

Residents and officials near Lions Park are becoming frustrated with the growing use of the park for drug-related activities. Drug paraphernalia and homemade weapons can be found scattered across an area that was intended to be family-friendly. Police have found paraphernalia for inhaling nitrous oxide through balloons. The police chief explained that “the park offers protection (from rain) and a dark place for drug users to hide.”
“If you inhale nitrous oxide for too long you can pass out,” said Dr. Robbie Law. “You could vomit on yourself and potentially die.” Area police are increasing their surveillance in the hopes of eliminating the criminal activity.

Parolee At Large Found Huffing Keyboard Cleaner
A man was found huffing keyboard cleaner in a park.
When police arrived, the 20-year-old man gave a false name leading them to find a warrant under the his correct name.
He was arrested with a parolee at large charge and is held with no bail.
