Two Kentucky people, a 33-year-old man and 27-year-old woman, were jailed on Tuesday after police
saw them huffing computer dusters in their home. The police were called to the house
and watched its occupants inhale dusters from across the street.
Police found an addition 12 empty cans inside of the home. Both people have
been charged with Criminal Possession of a Noxious Substance.
