An out-of-state 40-year-old habitual aerosol huffer recently crashed her
vehicle, injuring herself. According to the emergency room physician
and two of her friends, she had been huffing, or inhaling the contents
of an aerosol can in order to get high, just before the accident.
Despite the prosecution's best efforts, she was not convicted of DUI in her state.
