Man arrested after huffing and rear-ending a police car

Olympia, WA: A man was arrested after admitting to huffing an air freshener can and rear-ending the back of a police vehicle at the Sea-Tac Airport. He exhibited erratic behavior and an unwillingness to obey orders.
