Indiana Man Arrested After Huffing At Shelter

Via the Dubois County Free Press in Indiana:

A 25 year old man was arrested after witnesses saw him huffing at a shelter house. He was charged with theft, inhaling a toxic vapor and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
