Police Catch Florida Woman Abusing Inhalants

Via the Naples News in Florida:

This past weekend a dputy reported seeing a woman put a can "up to her lips and spray the contents in her mouth." When he questioned her she "jumped, removed the can from her mouth and tried to walk away."
