Trying to Hide a Car Under a Bridge After Huffing

Via the Lake County News Sun in Illinois:

A 29 year-old man was arrested last week fur DUI/using inhalants after driving down a ditch to hide his car under a bridge. Police found him and he was taken to a medical center for evaluation.
