Revised DUI laws take effect Wednesday in Washington State


New DUI laws that take effect Aug. 1 include higher fines and mandatory blood draws for felony DUI-related crimes. The new law also adds additional chemicals and "huffing" inhalants to the list of intoxicating substances subject to penalties.

Pennsylvania woman found guilty of 'huffing' in car wreck that injured 13-month-old son


A Pennsylvania woman with a 13-month-old was in a severe car crash due to huffing an aerosol product. She has been found guilty of misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a 13-month-old child, recklessly endangering another person, and DUI, and three summary offenses.

New Zealand teenagers who were allegedly 'huffing' end with burns


Two teens are currently being treated for burns from 2 explosions in a home. The teenagers were huffing gasoline from glass bottles when the explosion happened. Fire investigators have not yet determined the cause of the explosions.
